GV300 XL Stainless Steel Rapid-Drain Trough

Extra-long stainless-steel trough of about 600 litres for breeders of large dairy herds looking for great drinking comfort for their cows, offering a large volume of water.

With its very rigid and seamless stainless-steel drinking trough, with generous dimensions, the new addition to the ‘GV’ family suits for fifty dairy cows in production.
 The GV300 XL can be placed as an island, accessible from both sides. Up to eight cattle can therefore drink simultaneously, ensuring the greatest comfort.

• 80 l./mn. JUMBO float valve (measured flow rate at 3 bars) with water shut off pin. ¾” swivel fitting with 2 entries: can be connected to a PROFLOW II or SPEED-FLOW circulation pump without extra accessories.
• Stainless steel trough of 572 litres (151 USG)linking sturdiness and food safety. With slanted bottom for easier cleaning and specially folded non-spill edge to minimize water loss and avoid splashing. The valve is protected against the animals by an insulating double-walled HD-Polyethylen cover also serving as a first protection from frost. A second HDPE side plate avoids all contact between the animals and the water supply. Its insulating capacity protecting it from frost.
• It can also distribute water from the pre-cooler: The additional A615 valve (added extra) allows priority distribution of warm water from the milk pre-cooler (at low pressure via buffer storage).
• Its form and large Ø100 mm drain facilitate easy cleaning. The drain is securely fixed and well protected.
